About Me
We are a family with a mom (me), dad and our 2year old little girl. I have been a stay at home mom, but I am looking for work as a software developer. Our little girl loves reading books, playing at the playground, she loves with her teddies, and she enjoys puzzles (but she does need encouragement when the puzzles get too hard for her). She loves being helpful, including preparing meals, grocery shopping and making the bed. She does get overwhelmed with loud sounds, and she is very good at communicating when the environment is too loud for her. We have earmuffs to help cut the sound for her. She’s great at noticing the small details and will hear an aeroplane some distance away.
My Requirements
We need a nursery / childminder for our little girl, as she’s very social and needs to be surrounded by kids of all ages. We strongly believe that a nursery / childminder can offer her varied activities, social interactions, and to assist her in her development (alongside us at home). We do not believe punishment teaches a kid anything, so we prefer clear communication and consequences. We’re open to one of two potential time tables: 1) three full days a week, 2) 5 half days per week in the afternoon.
