My Experience
I am a compassionate and creative childcare professional with a diverse background in community care, education, and therapeutic parenting. I’ve worked as a community carer for the elderly, where I developed deep empathy and patience, supporting clients with personal care and companionship. As a teaching assistant in both primary and secondary education, I supported children of all abilities, helping them thrive in the classroom and fostering their confidence. I also taught musical theatre at Stagecoach, leading children aged 4–18 in singing, dancing, and acting while encouraging teamwork and self-expression. In addition, I have experience as a therapeutic parent to children in care, where I used a trauma-informed approach to create safe, structured environments that allowed children to feel secure, build trust, and heal. I hold an Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid certification, ensuring that I can provide safe, supportive, and nurturing care in any setting. I also worked for Thomas cook as an entertainment representative. Whether I'm helping a child learn, perform, or grow emotionally, I always approach my work with positivity, dedication, and a deep commitment to the well-being of the children I support.
