Hi, I’m Alice, I’m 25 and currently working in a nursery with children aged 0–4. While I’ve only been in this role for a couple of months, I’ve had plenty of experience babysitting and supporting families with young children over the years.
Before moving into childcare, I worked as a care assistant with the elderly for six years, which gave me a strong foundation in patience, empathy, and responsibility—qualities I now bring into my work with children.
