About Me
We are a couple in our early 30s, we have been together for ten years and were married in October 2022. We have a lot of fun together and like to think we are a good team. Together we aim to build a relaxed home full of laughter and where friends are always welcome. We are very sociable but that being said, we both love sleep and will often be in bed early! We have a little boy called Ted who is currently 4months old. Whilst still early days he shows signs of being a relaxed, chatty and happy baby. So far, he is a calm and observant little one, often content to take in the world around him with interest
My Requirements
We are looking for a live in nanny to care for our son from September, when Ted will be 7months old. Ideally we would have someone who is able to support us from 7-7 (60 hours a week).
Our expectations for the nanny centre around providing attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for our baby boy. Their primary duty will be to ensure his well-being, comfort, and activities throughout the day. This includes nutrition, feeding, naptimes and engaging him in age-appropriate play that encourages his growth and curiosity. We’d also expect light baby-related housekeeping—things like washing bottles, tidying up toys and play areas, and baby laundry. We expect reliability, punctuality, and good communication about the baby’s day, routines, or any concerns that may come up. While we will have a general structure in place, we welcome their professional input and want them to feel confident and trusted in making thoughtful decisions while caring for him. Ultimately, we hope to build a relationship based on mutual respect, consistency, and shared care for our little one.
