About Me

I live in Sutton vallance with my fiancé Liv and our 8 week old baby Hadleigh which is our first. I own and run a business called Phase Energy Ltd which has offices based in Maidstone meaning I am quite busy with that. My partner Liv is at home with the baby and prior to that she helped me with the admin side of the business and was also show jumping. We are both very fitness and health focused. I train once a day at our home gym with a personal trainer and Liv was also doing the same prior to being pregnant.
