My Requirements

Child 1 aged 5
Drop at school (Holyport primary school) 3 mornings a week at 8.30 and collect after school at 3.15

Child 2 aged 3
Drop at Pre-reception at same location as Child 1’s school 3 x mornings at 8.30 and collect at 11.30. Care for child every afternoon at home.

Child 3 aged 1
Full care Monday - Wednesday
*Care for the three children during school holidays is also required.

Start date: Monday 3 November 2025
Working days and hours (hours subject to change with given notice:)
Mon 8.15 - 6 (9h45)
Tues 8.15 - 6.30 (10h)
Weds 8.15 - 6 (9h45)
Total 30 hours per week
Place of work: childrens’ home address in Holyport, Berkshire

The salary range is £22-25k per annum (plus pension) based on 30 hours over a 3 day week, depending on experience.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy and who genuinely loves working with children. The right person will plan days out, play dates as well as activities at home, who enjoys the great outdoors, can see the fun in life, is emotionally intuitive and fosters a love of adventure. The right candidate will have a can-do attitude, nurturing the childrens’ curiosity and independence and creating a positive home environment for them.

Weekend/evening babysitting would also be desirable from time to time and plenty of notice will be given, payable at an agreed hourly rate.

The nanny will ideally have their own car, although most amenities are within walking distance from the house including the school.

The nanny is responsible for other light household tasks such as children’s laundry, preparing and cooking meals (lunch and dinner.) Whilst at home they are responsible for tidying up after mealtimes and ensuring the children keep their play spaces tidy.

Settling in days:
We would like to confirm our appointment early so that we can arrange some settling in days in the months leading up to a start date. These will be a mixture of weekend and evening babysitting, with some full days in October.
