About Me
I currently work in a mainstream school as a SEN Teaching Assistant. I have previous additional experience with both SEN Children and adults, in a mainstream school environment, and special education programs as well as residential home care. Currently I am a 1 to 1 Teaching Assistant in a mainstream school.
I have nannied, I have babysat children and babies and I have helped run a summer club for kids through the holidays. I have personal experience with children as I have 9 siblings, most younger than me, and I have just as many cousins. I grew up around children and babies and was always a babysitter for them, which is where I started with experience.
I am available in the evenings and weekends until the school holidays then I am available weekdays during the daytime as well.
My Experience
I have experience with children with all kinds of additional needs, however I have specifically worked with children with autism or are on the ASD spectrum, foetal alcohol syndrome, Down syndrome and ADHD.
I have had outside personal experience with children and adults with additional needs as I have had family members throughout my life take on roles such as residential care workers and foster parents for children. I also have a very large family, with 9 siblings and several cousins, I was taught about changing nappies, sleeping, feeding, and playing and entertaining kids. I have babysat all my younger siblings and all my cousins when they were little.
I am currently a 1 - 1 teaching assistant in a mainstream school. I work with primary school children from ages 4-11.
My Qualifications
I have several certifications in EYFS & SEN, working 1 to 1 as well as my DBS. I have both an enhanced Child DBS & and an enhanced Child & Adult DBS.
My Availability
My availability at the moment is evenings and weekends, however when the school holidays start (around the end of July) I will be available all days.

Starting rates roughly between £15-£20, but
to be discussed with the client as my experience and the role depends on the needs specific to the client.
