About Me
Myself and my husband have been together for 6 years, met in our hospitality lines of work and now both work together as we both part own Piston Distillery in Worcester.
I used to be a nursery nurse and have a degree in early childhood studies and understand the importance of socialisation from early on, but also due to my career and also the fact that I part own the business, the reality of maternity leave looks a little different for me now than I expected and I will need to rely on help to enable us to keep working but also to be the best parents we can when not it work mode.
We both have very supportive families and parents but do not wish to rely on them all week so are looking for a happy balance of parents having days off, grand parents helping and also qualified childcare.
My Requirements
Ideally 2x half days per week from 3 months old (if possible a Wednesday and Friday)
4 months increase to 1.5 days (full day Wednesday and half day Friday)
5 months 2 days (half day Tuesday, full day Wednesday, half day every other Friday)
6 months (half day Tuesday, full day Wednesday, half day every Friday)
until 1 year old and will review throughout the year but I feel this is manageable!
