About Me
Hi, I’m Hollie — a married mum living on Kingswood in Hull with my husband and our primary-school-aged son.
I created Kingswood Tiny Tots so I could build a career that allows me to be more present for my own child while also supporting other local families. My aim is to provide a warm, welcoming home-from-home environment where children feel safe, happy and confident to explore and learn through play.
We also have a family pug called Frank. His vaccinations are up to date and he is very friendly and brilliant with children of all ages. Since the passing of our other family pet he has discovered his barking voice and will often bark at the window throughout the day, but he is gentle and well used to being around young children.
Both my husband and I hold enhanced DBS checks, giving parents reassurance about the safety of the home environment.
I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident when leaving their child, and I work hard to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families.
My Experience
Before becoming a childminder, I worked for many years in public protection, adult safeguarding and child safeguarding roles. This has given me significant experience in keeping people safe, understanding children’s needs and supporting families.
I am Level 3 Paediatric First Aid trained and have completed all required statutory EYFS training, along with additional advisory courses provided by Hull City Council.
Childminding felt like a natural progression of my skills and passion, helping working parents while supporting each child’s development through routine, play, learning and individual attention tailored to them.

7am until 6pm Monday - Friday
My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
I offer both 15 and 30 hour funded places for children from birth to 4 years term time. Private funded care also accepted
