About Me
Hi! We’re Doug and Anna — working parents based in Weybridge with two lovely children aged 9 and 12. Life is busy, and as we’re both working full-time (and increasingly heading back into London), we’re looking for a bit of support to help with the after-school juggle.
We’ve had nannies before and know how much of a difference the right person can make — not just for us, but for the kids too. We’re a relaxed and friendly household and are looking for someone who’ll fit in with that spirit.
My Requirements
We’re looking for an after-school nanny Tuesday to Thursday, 3:15pm–6:30pm. The role would involve:
• Collecting our 9-year-old daughter from school (local) at 3:15pm
• Taking her to and from after-school clubs (a driving licence is a big plus!)
• Being around for our 12-year-old son, who is fairly independent and gets himself home from school
• Providing a calm, friendly presence at home — someone who can help them unwind, give them a snack, and offer a bit of structure and support after school
• Some flexibility for occasional longer hours during work travel weeks
• Extra help during half-terms and holidays, if possible
We’re happy to be flexible where we can, as our schedules vary week to week. Ultimately, we just want to find someone reliable, caring, and fun — someone the kids enjoy being around and who can make busy family life flow a little more smoothly.
