After school care at home from 3-6pm ish. I have SEN twins who are going into reception in September and I need someone who can look after them at home until I come back from work. They will come home in transport so won't need picking up.

We’re seeking someone who is calm, patient, and experienced in SEN childcare — someone who can help with the transition from school to home, support play and development, and provide gentle, consistent guidance.
Timing will be from 3-6pm. I need someone who can look after them at home until I come back from work. I can pick my daughter up and bring her home. They will come home in transport so won't need picking up.
