I am a full-time PhD student, and my husband works full-time. We are a friendly family who values a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our child. Our son, Enoch, is 18 months old and enjoys play, music, and exploring new environments. We believe in open communication and like to work closely with our childminder to support Enoch’s development.
My Requirements
We are looking for a registered childminder near the EH22 area for our son, Enoch, starting late August or early September 2025. Care is required 3–4 days a week (Monday to Thursday), beginning with 3 days and gradually increasing to 4. We need care during working hours, ideally 08:00 to 17:00, for approximately one year until he turns three years old.
Key requirements:
Childminder registered with the Scottish Care Inspectorate
Safe, caring, and engaging home environment
Experience with toddlers, including structured play and social interaction
Willingness to provide regular updates (e.g., via messages or photos)
Ideally provides healthy meals and snacks
We would also like a settling-in period to help Enoch transition comfortably.
