Hi! I’m Rebecca, 29 years old and originally from the U.S. I’ve been living in London for the past three years, working full-time in marketing. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, practicing yoga, reading, and spending time with friends. I absolutely love living in London and taking advantage of everything this vibrant city has to offer, from museums and parks to seeing shows in the west end and sporting events (very excited for Wimbledon!). I also enjoy exploring smaller towns around England on day trips.
I’m very family-oriented and feel lucky that my parents and two brothers live nearby in Amsterdam, where I visit often. I bring a genuine, responsible, and caring approach to everything I do, and I’d love the opportunity to support your family as a babysitter.
My Experience
I have extensive babysitting experience, starting in my teenage years and continuing through adulthood. Over the years, I’ve also worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor for children, as well as a summer camp counselor—so I’m very comfortable engaging with kids of all ages.
I’ve had hands-on experience caring for newborns too, as my younger sibling was born when I was 11, and I naturally stepped into a “big helper” role from the start. Before moving to London, I lived in Amsterdam, where I worked part-time as a nanny for both a two year old and 6 year old.
I love spending time outdoors, visiting museums, reading, and staying active—activities I’m always happy to share with little ones! I’m reliable, responsible, and happy to provide multiple references upon request.
