My Requirements

I am a single mother with 10 year old twins. I am due to have surgery in mid-August which will mean I am unable to drive and do household duties for approx. 6 weeks. Therefore, we need help with this tasks from someone who is reliable, pro-active and able to use their initiative.
The 1st few weeks will be mainly helping around the house as hopefully the children will be mainly cared for by family/friends. However, come September, they will need driving to and from school each day until I am able to drive again. After the initial period of recovery, support will still be needed until I am fully recovered/functional.

We have had a nanny in the past, so are used to having someone in the house and working with them.

Duties:
School run (car provided -manual gearbox). Possibly drive to play-dates and clubs.
Childcare- minimal as the kids are quite self-sufficient so just need supervision
Housework- cleaning, laundry, ironing, putting shopping away after delivery, putting bins out, loading and emptying dishwasher, changing beds
Cooking - including batch cooking
Lawn mowing (very small garden)

House includes a dog and cat. Dog walker is being arranged separately. Cat litter tray will need emptying, refreshing etc

Essential:
Enhanced DBS and willing to have it updated (I will arrange and pay for this).
Full, clean driving license
Current 1st aid training

Terms:
Weekdays only - 30hrs per week @ £14/hr
Working on a self employed basis for a 3 month period.

Hours are negotiable, but will definitely need school drop off (7am- 8.30am) and collection (3pm- 4.30pm) covered weekdays during term time. Otherwise, as long as the tasks are done we can work around your other commitments.
