My Experience

I’ve been working in a primary school for the past year, supporting both teachers and students in a variety of roles. This is from classroom assistance to supervising outdoor play and helping with small group learning or even doing 1 to 1 support. During the summers, while I was at university, I was part of the team that ran the local youth hub. I helped plan and lead activities, managed groups of different ages, and worked to create a welcoming space for everyone who came through the door.These experiences have helped me build strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to whatever the day brings.

My Qualifications

I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology, which has deepened my understanding of child development and behavior. I have experience working with children in both school and youth settings, and I hold a valid DBS certificate. My background includes supporting learning in a primary school, providing one-to-one support for children with SEN needs, and leading activities at a youth hub. These experiences and qualifications help me create safe, engaging, and supportive environments where every child can thrive.

My Availability

I'll be available throughout the 6-week holidays, starting from the 21st of July to Thursday the 28th of August. I'm happy to work Monday to Thursday during that time and really looking forward to getting stuck in.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.50 per hour

I offer full-day childcare at a rate of £70 - £100 per day, which reflects my experience working in primary schools, supporting children with SEN needs, and my qualifications including a DBS check and an undergraduate degree in Psychology. My care includes creating a safe, nurturing environment, planning engaging activities, and providing one-to-one support when needed.
