Hello! My wife Sónia and I are expecting our first child in January and are looking for childcare to support her eventual return to work. We don't know what this will look like yet but we're keen to discuss our needs and plans and over time make arrangements that suit all.
My Requirements
We're looking for a local nursery or childminder for a 6-month old around Longstanton. We're not sure what the schedule will look like yet but we think Sónia would like to return to work part-time mid-late Summer 2026. I also work from home three days per week, and while we don't expect this to form a significant part of the day-time childcare, it may allow for some extra flexibility around hours.
