Part Time Nanny Job In Teddington
About Me
We are a family of three - soon to be four, plus a dog, living in central Teddington. Our daughter Phoebe will be two in August, and we have another baby boy on the way in September. I will be starting a year of maternity leave just before number two comes along. My husband, Jeremy, has an intense job and we don't have any family help available. So we're looking for some help in the evenings to help ease the pressure in those first few months, and probably beyond.
My Requirements
I would like someone to help in the late afternoon/evenings, ideally 3-4 days per week. Phoebe is in nursery and needs picking up around 5.30, so ideally someone would start around 5, and either do nursery pick up, or look after the baby whilst I pick up Phoebe. It would then be helpful to have an extra pair of hands to help entertaining both children before bed, and with bath/bedtime. Phoebe is generally in bed for 8pm, and I anticipate either needing help with putting her to bed, or with looking after the baby whilst I do bedtime. Jeremy does work from home 2-3 days a week, so will also be around sometimes, but likely not able to help out on a regular basis. Longer term, we are looking at various childcare options for Phoebe (and, in time, her sibling), so if an arrangement worked well there could be scope for longer hours on a longer basis if it suited everyone well.
