Full-Time Nanny Wanted – Newcastle-under-Lyme | 4-Month-Old Baby | Start: August 2025 part time, then full time November .

We are a warm, professional family of three based in Newcastle-under-Lyme looking for a **committed, experienced, and nurturing live-out nanny** to care for our 4-month-old baby Boy.

Schedule Overview

August – October 2025: Part-time, 10–15 hours/week across 3 days (flexible days/times)
November 2025 – April 2026: *Full-time*, Monday to Thursday 7:15?AM – 5:15?PM
May – August 2026: Mixed schedule (baby begins nursery)

* 2 days/week: full days
* 3 days/week: nursery pickup (1:00?PM – 6:00?PM)

We’re Looking For
* Someone with **strong experience caring for infants (4 months+) and Knowledge of:

* Sensory and messy play
* Baby-led and spoon weaning
* Breastfed baby care
* Gentle sleep routines/training
* A loving and proactive caregiver who understands early childhood development and follows baby’s cues
* Reliable, punctual, and genuinely committed to supporting our family long-term
* A **non-smoker**
* Excellent hygiene and a calm, nurturing personality

Requirements:

* Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
* Recent paediatric first aid certification
* At least 2 strong references (preferably with infant care)
* Right to work in the UK
* Willing to undergo a trial session and routine safety checks (including consent to household monitoring cameras)
