Our little boy is 13 months and just started half days at Nursery 4 days a week with pick up at 2.30pm. Initially, we were looking for someone to help from 2.30pm- 6.30pm, ideally with dinner etc. whilst I do the rest of my working day. We are still figuring out what works well so depending on the right person, we could move to 2-4 days Nanny or Nanny share and we are willing to be flexible. The payment method would be PAYE.
