My Experience in Childminding

With over 25 years of experience working with children of all ages, I bring a wealth of knowledge, care, and commitment to every child in my care. I am fully qualified as a cover teacher and have worked across numerous local schools and nurseries, gaining invaluable hands-on experience with a wide range of age groups and developmental stages.

I hold an enhanced DBS certificate and have also successfully run my own registered childminding business for several years. During that time, I worked closely alongside the local social services centre, supporting families and providing a safe, nurturing environment for children from birth to 18 years old.

My passion for childcare extends into the heart of the community, and I take pride in offering a warm, welcoming home-from-home setting. As a mother of four grown-up children who have now flown the nest, I am fortunate to have both the time and space to dedicate myself fully to supporting babies and children who need love, care, and individual attention.

I understand the importance of early years development and strive to create a playful, stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive
