I'm a dedicated and compassionate Early Years Educator with lots of experience in supporting the development, learning, and well-being of children aged 0-5. In line with the Eary Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework. In my role as an Early Years Educator, I am responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate learning experiences in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. I regularly observe, monitor, and document children’s development to inform tailored support and next steps in learning. I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where all children feel valued and supported. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and carers is central to my practice, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care. I provide personal care when needed, including assistance with feeding, toileting, and hygiene, while supporting children’s independence and self-care skills. I play an active role in identifying and responding to the needs of children with special educational needs, adapting strategies to ensure full participation. Additionally, I contribute to the smooth running of daily routines such as mealtimes, rest periods, and outdoor play. I maintain accurate records, participate in planning meetings, and consistently uphold safeguarding policies to promote the wellbeing and safety of every child in my care.
