As a health care assistant my shifts are 8am to 8pm 3 days a week which need to be flexible to suit the needs of my service users, this means I will work different days every week 8am-8pm. I will mostly only require a babysitter between 1pm and 9pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and from 7am to either 3pm or 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. It all depends between my shifts and his fathers shifts but will usually be asked a few weeks in advance
