First time mum looking to go back to work full time in February, I am looking for a child minder who me and my husband can share childcare with when our shifts are fixed - ideally I would like my daughter to be in a home setting - I could potentially have my aunty for baby sitting but she has no experience with children and she’s not feeling 100% about the idea at the moment which is why we’re exploring this option too
