My Requirements

We're very big on good food and proper nutrition. We're just starting to introduce some food to Isla and are trying to steer clear of grains and sugar and pack her diet full of nutritious food high in fat such as good quality meats (Tom has his own butchery), eggs, avocado, full fat cream and milk etc with a small amount of fruit and vegetables. Isla has been exclusively breastfed since birth.
We'd like a childminder that will get her out and about during the day whether that be to the park, walking through the woods and discovering wildlife. We currently go for daily walks with our Labrador (so she is comfortable with dogs) through the woods and fields at Hyland's Park and Weald country park in Brentwood.
We'd also like a childminder who is passionate about healthy food whether it be freshly made (which we're happy to provide) and/or feeding her a packed lunch. We're currently starting to introduce Isla to solids via baby-led weaning method.
Finally, we're looking for a childminder that has other children in their care of a similar age. It's really important to us that Isla starts to learn to share and play with peers and as an only child currently, it's hard to teach this at home.
I am returning to work in January so have selected all dates below as I'm not quite sure what my working week will look like until I submit my flexible working request. As a minimum, it'll be 3 days per week (with my mum and I having her one day each) and a maximum of 5 days per week. I'd also like to do some settling in sessions before I go back to work to ensure she's happy.
