You’ll be responsible for organizing fun activities that encourage self-expression, teamwork, and confidence. Whether it’s leading a creative workshop, facilitating games, or providing one-on-one support during sessions, your contributions will significantly enhance our children's experiences. Responsibilities
• Create and implement engaging play activities for children.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions that inspire creativity.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
• Encourage teamwork and social skills through collaborative play.
• Support children's individual needs and development through personal interaction.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive environment that fosters artistic expression.
Requirements
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Experience in childcare, education, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organize creative activities.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
• Enthusiasm and energy to engage with children of all ages.
• First Aid and CPR certification, along with PVG or willingness to obtain one.
