My Experience
I have over two and a half years of hands-on experience working in a special needs school, where I supported children with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, and physical disabilities. This role developed my skills in creating inclusive, structured, and compassionate care environments tailored to individual abilities and challenges.
In addition, I have worked in a nursery setting, gaining experience with early years development, routine care, and play-based learning for infants and toddlers. Since December 2024, I have also been working as a part-time nanny, providing one-on-one care in a home environment, helping with routines, activities, and emotional support, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and nurturing development.
My Qualifications
Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools
This qualification has equipped me with advanced knowledge and skills to support children’s learning, particularly those with special educational needs. It covers safeguarding, child development, inclusive practices, and supporting learning activities in both classroom and one-to-one settings.
Level 3 Teaching Assistant
This qualification deepened my understanding of child development, classroom support strategies, and effective communication with children, parents, and professionals. It also strengthened my ability to assist with lesson delivery and provide tailored support to individual pupils.
Together, these qualifications have provided me with a strong foundation in child development, inclusive education, and practical classroom support — all of which I bring into my babysitting and nannying work.
My Availability
I am available on week days and some Saturday evenings and Sundays over the summer holidays!

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
Due to my experience and specialist training, I charge a minimum of £15 per hour for babysitting services. This rate reflects:
Over 2.5 years working in a special needs school
Nursery experience and current part-time nannying
Level 3 qualifications in both Specialist Teaching & Learning and Teaching Assistance
First Aid training and an enhanced DBS check
Experience supporting children with additional needs
