About Me
Welcome to Wonderland Nursery!
At Wonderland Nursery, I provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging home-from-home environment where little ones can grow, explore, and thrive. With small ratios, each child receives the individual attention and care they need to feel secure, supported, and confident in their learning and development.
I am not your standard busy childminder, I only have 3 children in my care at any one time, making sure each child has my full attention.
Our setting boasts a large, secure garden, offering endless opportunities for outdoor play, nature exploration, and physical development in all seasons. Whether it’s digging in the mud kitchen, running on the grass, or discovering bugs, outdoor learning is at the heart of what we do.
I’m passionate about providing high-quality, safe care, where children are encouraged to be curious, imaginative, and independent. With a calm, loving atmosphere and plenty of play-based learning opportunities, your child will feel truly at home here in Wonderland.

My Experience
I have over 8 years of experience in childcare, supporting children across a wide range of ages and stages. My background includes working in nursery settings as well as being a private nanny for several families over the years. These roles have given me valuable insight into providing consistent, personalised care in both home and group environments.
Before becoming a childminder, I completed 2.5 years of midwifery training, which gave me a strong foundation in infant care, development, and family support. I also have extensive newborn experience, both professionally and personally, as a mum of two young children myself. This gives me a deep understanding of the needs of babies and toddlers, as well as the reassurance parents look for.
My Qualifications
I hold a Level 2 qualification in Early Years and am fully trained and Ofsted registered through the ann agency, meaning I meet high standards for safety, safeguarding, and early years development.
I’m also fully paediatric first aid trained, and passionate about creating a space where children feel safe, supported, and able to thrive through play and exploration. Whether it’s in the large garden or through small group learning indoors, every child is treated with care, patience, and attention.
