About Me

I am in the process of setting up as an Ofsted registered childminder. I plan to be able to start taking bookings from January 2026.
Childcare will take place in my home in Thurgoland, where I live with my husband 2 children (age 10 and 12) and our little cavapoo dog.
I love all things creative and being outdoors, and will provide lots of activites for children including spending plenty of time outdoors exploring and going to parks, farms playgroups etc

My Experience

I am a qualified occupational therapist and have worked with children within this role for many years, and have experience of working with children with disabilities and special needs .
I have also spent some time working in a primary school.
I have been considering setting up as a childminder for a while, and the time now feels right as my own children are a little older and becoming more independent.
I am excited to meet new families and look forward to welcoming your little ones into my care.

Bsc Hons OT
Safeguarding/child protection training
Paediatric first aid
Understanding of the EYFS framework

Childminding from £6.00 per hour
