About Me
Hi I am 23 years old and studying to become a SEND teacher. I enjoy spending time outside and love to encourage children’s curiosity and creativity. I facilitate a holistic and gentle environment for children to feel safe and secure when in my care. I am a keen reader and love water sports so trips to the beach are a given with me!
My Experience
I have experience working with children and teens who have complex needs and I am working towards my level 2 BSL qualification. I have worked in both a mainstream and SEND setting with ages ranging from 3 - 25. I understand the physical demands that can come with working with children with special needs and I am not afraid to get stuck in!
My Qualifications
I have a degree from the university of Exeter and am currently working towards a postgraduate certificate. I hold a level 1 qualification in BSL. I hold a certificate as a GCSE English literature and language tutor volunteer through coach right.
