Babysitter

I am looking for additional help with my toddler as I don't have any family or friends in the area. I would like to find a babysitter who can get to know my son and he will feel comfortable with. I would like help with a. Weekend babysitting - 3 hours once per week, b. overnight babysitting - I travel for work around once per month. Would pick him up from and drop him at nursery and would need to stay at my house. c. Emergency childcare - help if I am sick and unable to care for him.
