I have started a new job and during term times I would need childcare, my job will be 3 days a week different shifts every week, but I will always know my rota 4 weeks in advance. I will start work and 7am the earliest and finish at 2.30pm, and my evening shifts will be 2pm till 10pm, so I would need pick up from my mothers house to take to school as she is currently disabled and when I’m on evening shifts to drop home back to my mums after school
