• our son is a happy boy, a little shy (needs to be encouraged to be braver). He loves board games (particularly monopoly), Lego, den building, reading and cooking. Is an excellent big brother

What we are looking for in a nanny:
• Looking for a nanny that will engage with, grow and develop our children, not just keep them alive. For example, obvious skills like counting and letters, but also softer skills like asking for something in a shop
• The kids having fun and laughing a lot is important to us
• Pro-active, self-starter – someone that will suggest things to do with the kids and then organise it, can see what needs to be done and does it.
• Someone who is organised and can support with all the kid related admin. We have very busy jobs and very little time which we want to spend having fun with our kids.
• Firm but fair with the kids – we want them to be well behaved and independent children with good manners who are considerate of others
