My Experience
With over seven years’ experience as a lecturer in Childcare & Education, I bring a deep understanding of early years development and a passion for inclusive practice.
I have extensive experience supporting children with SEND and tailor my approach to meet each child’s individual needs, interests, and rhythms. My goal is to create a safe, joyful space where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
As a parent of two myself, I deeply understand the importance of providing a safe, warm, and responsive space where children feel secure and valued. I aim to create the kind of environment I’d want for my own children—one that supports emotional wellbeing, encourages independence, and celebrates each child’s unique strengths.
My Qualifications
I hold a Level 6 qualification in Health and Social Care, giving me a strong foundation in child development, wellbeing, and inclusive practice. My Level 6 Certificate in Education reflects my experience as a lecturer and my ability to deliver high-quality, structured learning tailored to individual needs.
I’ve also completed a Level 2 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce, supporting my hands-on understanding of early years care. I’m trained in Level 3 Safeguarding, ensuring I uphold the highest standards of child protection and safety in my setting. I hold a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate, so parents can feel confident that their child is in safe, capable hands.
To support healthy eating and safe food preparation, I’ve completed a Food Hygiene qualification, ensuring that all meals and snacks are prepared to the highest standards of cleanliness and care
My Availability
My opening hours are 7:30AM - 6PM, Monday to Friday. Whether you need childcare for an early start or a late finish, I'm available to support you with this.
My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
My hourly rate is £6, which includes morning and afternoon snacks—no extra charge.
If you'd like me to provide meals, these are available starting from £1 per meal, per day:
- Breakfast – £1/day
- Lunch – £1.50/day
- Dinner – £2/day
So, if you’d like all three meals provided, the total would be £4.50 extra per day.
You are welcome to send your child with their own packed lunch.
If you decide to choose me as your child's childminder, I kindly ask for a £25 deposit to secure your child's space. This will go directly towards educational outings and enriching experiences for your child.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful childminder for our son. From the very beginning Honor has shown so much kindness, patience and genuine care towards him.
Given our son’s medical history, it has been especially important for us to find someone who is not only caring but also observant and attentive to his individual needs. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure he feels safe, supported and comfortable. Her understanding and attentiveness give us real peace of mind knowing he is in such capable hands.
She takes the time to really get to know him as an individual, noticing the little things and responding to what he needs on any given day. She encourages him to express himself and really leans into the things he enjoys, especially music and dancing, which has been so lovely to see. It’s clear how much she genuinely cares about the children she looks after.
We’ve also loved seeing how much he is learning and developing while in her care. She creates a nurturing environment where he is encouraged to explore, build confidence and truly thrive.
The regular updates throughout the day and communication of anything required outside of usual days is greatly appreciated.
We couldn’t recommend her highly enough to any family looking for a caring, dedicated and trustworthy childminder.

Had such a good experience from the start, Honor has been so informative with everything including how to apply. We were also offered numerous settling sessions to help our son settle, this helped massively for the transition.
We were worried about nap and meal times but it has all improved so much since my son joined Honors daycare. We get regular updates which l look so forward to receiving especially as a first time mum back at work. There is nothing more daunting than knowing your child is unsettled and you're away from them. Thankfully we don't have to worry about that as our son has the best time with Honor and his friends. She keeps the children interacted all day long with various activities and trips.
Very much looking forward to what's in store the rest of the year and hopefully extending our son's hours with her. Couldn't recommend her more!

We were recommended Honor by friends and family and honestly couldn’t be happier. My son beams with excitement going in each day, and I can’t believe how quickly he has adapted. Honor has such a nurturing, kind and gentle approach, and her professionalism and knowledge are unmatched.
She made the whole process easy and stress-free, sending us home with lots of really informative sheets and always answering any questions with ease. The daily updates and communication are fantastic, and the variety of activities she provides are wonderfully child-led.
I was so nervous at first, but now I feel completely at ease knowing he is in such safe, caring and loving hands. We are so grateful to have found her!
