I am a fun, creative and organised person who has a lot of experience working with children. I currently a physiotherapy student looking for some part-time work on the side, I loved my teaching and playworker jobs and am here to help with your childcare needs!
My Experience
In 2019-20 I worked for Challengers charity, an organisation that provides play groups for disabled children.
I spent a year from 2020-21 working as a teaching assistant at Hampton Pre-prep and prep school, working with all years from kindergarten to year 6. My role included helping in the classroom both one and one and generally, going on school trips including the week long residential, leading sports sessions, running the early drop off club and helping out wherever else was needed.
I now do part time online GCSE and A level tutoring.
All of this experience with children plus my current placements in healthcare settings make me very suited to a childcare role!
My Qualifications
Currently working towards an MSc in physiotherapy.
2:1 biomedical sciences undergrad degree.
3 A levels and 1 AS level grades ABBB.
10 GCSEs grades 7-9.
No specific childcare qualifications but as mentioned I have a lot of experience.
My Availability
I have wednesdays and fridays off uni, so these days I would be available for a range of needs for example, school drop off/pick ups, evening babysitting or anything else that may be needed. However, throughout the year there will be a couple of 6 week periods where I will be on placement during every weekday, but still available in the evenings, so some flexibility may be required.
I will be available for babysitting on any evening monday-sunday on one-off occasions, but I cannot guarantee evenings and weekends to be a more regular thing.
I don't do overnight.
