My Experience
I have worked as an INA (Individual Needs Assistant) for a child with SEN (special education needs) in a mainstream school for 3 years, I have also worked alongside the rest of the class to support them as well.
I worked at a kid’s holiday club, looking after children age 4-12 years old.
During my college course I did placements in a mainstream school & nurseries, including the baby room.
I volunteered at a SEND school where I supported the children with there daily routine.
I have babysat children with SEN needs, my cousins and my siblings.
