My husband and I are full time working parents looking for childminder for two children (7 year old boy and 1 year old girl).
I work early hours in morning in Gatwick and my husband works in afternoon.

Who doesn’t mind getting down and play with my children
Who make sure their basic needs like food ,drink or if they need changing is provided while we are at work.
Who communicates with us as parents if they have noticed any concerns or just simply tells how did it go with kids.
