About Me

Hi, I’m Molly! Im 22 years old and have over 8 years of experience working with children in schools, nurseries, and at home. I have also cared for my younger sister, for the past 15 years who has complex SEN needs. This has given me a strong personal and professional understanding of additional support requirements.

For the past 7 years, I have worked in a reception class in a variety of roles, and I am now going into my 2nd year as an SEN teacher. I have experience supporting children with Autism, ADHD, Anaphylaxis, Haemophilia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Down Syndrome, Anxiety, and more.

I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Early Years (Graded an overall A*) and I’m currently studying for my BA (Hons) Degree in Childhood Studies and Psychology (achieving a Distinction in my first year) - alongside my role as an SEN Associate Teacher and Extended Services Assistant.

I worked as a manager for a charity supporting disadvantaged families for 3 years, which has given me a wide range of skills in care, organisation, and communication.

I have also gained 3 years of experience working as a carer - responsible tor providing high-quality support for adults with complex SEND needs throughout 12 hour night shifts. This included administering medication, assisting with personal care, and completing household tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

My Qualifications

I currently hold a Level 3 Diploma in Early Years (graded an overall A*) and I’m currently studying for my BA (Hons) Degree in Childhood Studies and Psychology (achieving a Distinction in my first year). I also maintain CPD, undergo regular training and have a valid DBS. I am Pediatric First Aid trained, with additional up-to-date training in Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Epilepsy, Haemophilia, Food safety & Hygiene, Diabetes, ASD and ADHD.

My Availability

I currently work Monday - Friday from 8am - 6pm.
However following discussion with you, I may be available from 3:30pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays depending on specific family requirements.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour

I am open to discuss rates of pay with families depending on specific requirements.
