My Requirements
I'm reluctantly returning to work at the end May/early June 2026 when my maternity leave ends. My baby will be around 13 months old then. The details of my return have not yet been finalised but i anticipate i will return on 4 full days a week with a Wednesday as a non working day. I've only recently started exploring childcare options and i feel that potentially a childminder will be a better fit for us rather than a nursery setting. There may be a possibility that i can source some cover from family for some of the days but it's too early to know if that will be a reliable and consistent arrangement.
