Abi, looked after our son for almost 2 years at which point we had to remove him from her care.
We trusted Abi whole heartedly with our son with the impression of her putting his needs first.
Unfortunately we had been contacted by multiple parents informing me of Abi’s dislike to our son and a few other still in her care.
She discussed our finances with other families at local groups and at one point went on to explain she was only continuing with him as she had no other work, ‘better the devil you know’.
When asked not to allow him to nap late in the afternoon she continued to do so meaning bedtimes were a challenge.
We have since changed childcare providers, and passed on our views to Abi who again unprofessionally denied and blocked us rather than an apology.
This review is honest and factual for any parents looking for a childminder.
