My Summary
About Me
I bring calm, warmth, and creativity into the time I spend with children. With little ones, I love creating a sense of safety and rhythm: reading stories, gentle play, singing, or simply going at their pace. With older children, I enjoy helping them explore the world, sparking curiosity, and balancing fun with gentle boundaries.
I believe children feel best when they’re seen and understood as individuals, so I pay attention to their moods, needs, and little quirks. Families I’ve worked with often say they value my reliability and the comfort they feel leaving their children in my care.
I’m also flexible and open to building a long-term connection, whether that’s occasional babysitting, regular weekly hours, or supporting children’s learning through play.
My Experience
Most of my childcare experience comes from raising my own son (he's 7 now) and helping with my nieces and nephews from when they were tiny. Through that, I’ve learned the everyday realities of caring for babies and toddlers: feeding, naptimes, play, keeping them safe, and keeping a calm rhythm in the day.
Though I don’t have formal nannying years yet, I have plenty of experience working in the nursery with children of age from 1 year to 5. Also volunteering with children of 7-10 years old. In my work, I try to bring real-life experience, patience, and genuine care. I understand how much attention, energy, and flexibility children need, and I enjoy creating an age-appropriate, warm, playful environment that feels secure.
In addition, before starting my childcare journey, I have undergone ' Caring for children and young people' training, which gave me various skills needed to get into the practice confidently.
I became interested in childcare naturally through my own son and my young niece and nephews. Spending time with them taught me to stay calm and patient, to notice the small details, and to follow instructions carefully — because with children, every detail matters. I’ve realized I really enjoy getting to know each child’s personality and building a connection with them. People often say I’m easy to be around, and I think that helps children feel comfortable and safe. I see myself as reliable and empathetic, and I take pride in being observant and attentive, making sure each child feels cared for in their own way.
