My Experience

I have seven years of experience as a SEN educator, working with children with a wide range of special educational needs. During this time, I have supported students in developing their academic skills, confidence, and independence through tailored, one-to-one and small group teaching.
My background is complemented by an MSc in Psychology, which allows me to understand the individual needs of each child and apply evidence-based strategies to help them learn effectively. I have experience creating personalised learning plans, monitoring progress closely, and working collaboratively with parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
Over the years, I have helped many children overcome learning challenges, achieve their goals, and develop a love of learning, and I am committed to continuing this work with every student I support.

My Qualifications

I hold a dual master’s degree, with an MSc in Psychology and a Master’s in Physiotherapy, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. My academic background provides a strong foundation in understanding both physical and cognitive development, as well as the psychological and educational needs of children.
The combination of physiotherapy and psychology equips me with unique insight into supporting children with special educational needs, allowing me to approach learning challenges holistically, using evidence-based strategies tailored to each child’s strengths and requirements.

My tutoring sessions are £70 per hour. This rate reflects my extensive experience and qualifications: I have seven years of experience as a SEN educator, hold dual master’s degrees in Physiotherapy and Psychology, and specialise in providing personalised support for children with special educational needs.
Each session is carefully tailored to your child’s individual learning style and needs, ensuring targeted strategies that build confidence, motivation, and academic skills. I also work closely with parents to provide guidance and practical tools to reinforce learning at home.
