My partner and I have worked around each other to care for our youngest, he's now in his final year before starting primary school and we're looking for someone to help us at home with him as my work commitments have increased. He is 4 years old but was born 16 weeks early so he shouldn't really be 4 yet. He has some additional needs due to his extreme prematurity; he has some vision issues and some mobility issues. Despite this he's a determined little boy and full of joy! He loves life! We are flexible as to days and hours.
