My Experience
I am an experienced English and academic tutor with over 10 years in education, supporting children and young people from Early Years through to further education. As a qualified SENCo and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), I specialise in creating tailored learning programmes that build confidence, improve literacy, and help every learner reach their full potential.
I have worked with pupils of all abilities, including those with dyslexia, autism, and speech and language delays, using phonics-based learning and SEN-friendly strategies to make lessons engaging and accessible. I am also TEFL-certified, with experience teaching English as a Second Language to both UK and international learners, helping students develop reading, writing, and conversational fluency.
