About Me
Hello, my name is Sarah. My husband Ben and I are in our early 30s and proud parents of our son Jasper, who just turned 2 in September. We recently moved to Cheltenham from Bristol and are still getting to know people locally. We live in the Benhall neighborhood. Jasper is in nursery 3 days a week and Sarah works part-time and is with Jasper the other two days of the working week.
We’re looking for a kind, loving, responsible (and energetic!) individual to help us with occasional childcare. Ideally, someone we can build trust with and call on regularly when needed.
A bit about us:
Sarah is American, with family overseas.
Ben’s family is about an hour away, but not always available to help.
We’re expecting our second child in February 2026, so having reliable support is becoming even more important for us!
My Requirements
We are pretty easy-going and are looking for the occasional help for a few hours on weekends or days that Jasper isnt in nursery. We have a cat, Stevie, who might require feeding and maybe some light tidying. Jasper loves being outside and is pretty active. He is a happy kid who isn't the best at being put down for a nap, but other than that, a pleasure to hang out with! Hard for us to fill out the availability requirements as it will be pretty ad-hoc! Jasper is in nursery Monday-Wednesday.
