Our family is very active and outdoorsy (sailing, horse riding, mountain biking, hiking) and are looking for a full time nanny to join us! We live in the west wight, and have 2 children aged 2.5 and 4. Both parents work from home, but are happy for our childcare to have lots of freedom - we value dependability and creativity with the kids!
