About Me
I'm Eliza and I'm 22 and I love looking after children and supporting their families. I believe that it is important to appreciate and fit in with families’ lifestyles to ensure that their children have a caring environment. Understanding child development and nurturing their progress through play, storytelling and other activities is something I particularly enjoy.
As a nanny, I have been used to providing nutritious and interesting diets as well as assisting with baby-led and traditional weaning approaches; it is so important for children’s wellbeing and happiness to provide consistency in this regard. I have had lots of experience with babies under 12 months. I am also used to supporting family life by helping with cleaning, assisting with homework and many other household activities.
I am often described as a 'can-do person' in that I am well-organised and efficient, and I bring that into my work. Alongside my easy-going nature, I am very energetic and physically fit, and I feel sure that I would enjoy working for you, bringing with me a caring and adaptable approach.
My Experience
I have worked in childcare either babysitting or nannying for the last 7 years. When working for Petite Verbier I was predominately caring for babies under the age of 12 months. I love working with children and babies and have worked for several different families and can provide references. I am happy to have a zoom call to get to know me or to come and meet you to get to know your family to see if it is a good fit!
My Qualifications
I have a lot of experience around kids of all ages and working with lots of different families and routines.
I have completed a paediatric first aid course twice, most recently in August 2025.
Full clean drivers licence - Passed Nov 2020
My DBS check has expired but of course happy to update this.
My Availability
Looking for full time work. I am happy to negotiate hours and work around family but hoping for at least 35hr/wk. Happy to do the occasional over night or weekend as needed.
