I am a university student currently studying a healthcare course in Sheffield Hallam. I am originally from Peterborough, and i have 2 younger sisters whom i helped care for since I was 10. I have cared for my nieces and cousins as well, when their parents went away on holiday.I've gained patience, dependability, and effective communication skills as a result of these experiences. I consider myself to be a responsible, kind, and caring individual who genuinely enjoys spending time with kids and making sure they feel supported and safe.
My Experience
Through family and community babysitting, I have gained practical experience in caring for children from birth through the early school years. Maintaining routines, cooking, helping with feeding and changing diapers, planning creative and educational activities, and making sure the kids are always safe and comfortable have all been part of my responsibilities. My education in healthcare studies has improved my comprehension of communication, safeguarding, and child welfare.
My Qualifications
bsC Diagnostic Radiography student (2nd year), ALevels in applied sciences and psychology, 8 GCSE's.
My Availability
I have a part-time job, however, I am pretty flexible as the part-time job doesn't offer me many hours. I am free on Tuesdays, Thursdays and early mornings on Sundays and evenings. Sometimes I start work at 5am and finish at around 3pm, so if any emergency care is needed after 3pm I am more than happy to do that as well.
