I’d describe myself as calm, friendly, and easy to approach, with lots of patience and a genuine love for working with children. I really enjoy reading — both for myself and to the children I care for (I like to think I’m a bit of a professional nursery rhyme singer! ?).
I’ve been working in a nursery for over two years, where I’ve had the chance to support children’s learning and development through play and daily routines. As part of my degree, I also gained experience working with primary school-aged children, including a placement in a SEND primary school, which gave me valuable insight into supporting children with a wide range of needs.
I always aim to create a warm, positive environment where every child feels happy, safe, and encouraged to learn at their own pace while having plenty of fun along the way!
My Experience
I’ve been working in a nursery setting for over two years, caring for children from babies to preschool age. My role has involved supporting children’s daily routines, planning fun and engaging activities, and helping them develop important early learning skills in a safe and nurturing environment.
As part of my Early Childhood Studies with SEND degree, I’ve also completed several placements in primary schools, where I gained experience working with older children and supporting their learning across different subjects. One of my placements was in a SEND primary school, which helped me build confidence and understanding in supporting children with additional needs.
Through all of these experiences, I’ve learned how to adapt to each child’s individual personality, needs, and learning style something I truly enjoy and take pride in.
My Qualifications
I have a degree in Early Childhood Studies with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), and I’m currently working towards my Early Years Teaching Status. I’m really passionate about helping every child learn and grow in a way that suits them best.
I’m paediatric first aid trained, so safety is always my top priority. Because of my job, I’m always taking part in new courses and training. I love learning new ways to support children’s development and make their days fun, safe, and meaningful!
My Availability
I’m available after 7:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and after 6:30 PM on Thursdays.
On weekends, I’m generally free throughout the day, although I’m not available every Saturday evening.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
My babysitting rates start at £14 per hour, depending on the number of children and the hours required. For bookings with more than two children or for late evenings, my rate is £16 per hour.
