My Summary
About Me
Hi, I’m Zara — a qualified Primary School Teacher with a real passion for helping children grow in confidence and enjoy learning. I believe every child learns in their own unique way, and my tutoring sessions are tailored to meet their individual needs.
My aim is to create a calm, supportive environment where children feel comfortable to make mistakes, ask questions, and develop a love for learning. Whether your child needs help catching up, stretching their skills, or preparing for tests, I make sure lessons are engaging, structured, and fun.
My Experience
I’m a fully qualified Primary Teacher with experience teaching across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Throughout my teaching career, I’ve supported a wide range of learners — from those needing extra support in English and Maths, to high achievers looking to deepen their understanding.
I’m familiar with the National Curriculum and the expectations for each year group, including SATs preparation and developing strong skills in reading comprehension, arithmetic, and reasoning. My lessons are designed to build confidence, close gaps, and help children make steady, meaningful progress.
