About Me
I am a solo mum of two energetic neurodivergent boys (8 and 5), and we're a kind, sensitive and emotionally open family who value connection and curiosity. I'm a full-time Psychology student looking for an Ofsted-registered nanny who is patient and understands, or is open to understanding, neurodivergence (autism & ADHD). I aim to parent with unconditional positive regard, regulation-first strategies, and a gentle but boundaried approach. We'd love someone playful and compassionate to bring some calm to our chaos, and who aligns with my approaches and values.
My Requirements
Confidence with neurodiverse needs or open to learning.
Able to help with school runs. play, school work, meals, gentle after-school structure or weekends.
Values co-regulation, empathy and clear communication over discipline.
